Broker Breakfast Series
Held twice a year in the spring and fall, this invigorating Series hosted by the Economic Development Committee, is an informational and educational forum for commercial real estate brokers. Its purpose is to create strong partnerships between real estate, developers, municipal and community leaders to keep commercial vacancies low and business prospering in Southborough.
Who should attend: Commercial real estate brokers, developers, investors, lenders, new enterprise, employers, public officials, private business, and commercial property owners, other interested parties.

Tools to Address Underutilized Sites and Vacancies in Southborough and MetroWest
This free event on Friday, March 24 will host an exciting panel of experts who will talk about how public/private partnerships can address underutilized commercial space and property sites in Southborough and the MetroWest. Southborough’s EDC Coordinator, Pam DiGiovanni, will provide an municipal update; an overview MassDevelopment’s financing options, will be provided by Claire O’Neill, V.P. Planning and Development; the Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s Executive Director, Michelle Landers, will talk about the ULI’s Technical Assistance Program (TAP), and Jessica Strunkin, Deputy Director of the 495/MetroWest Partnership, on their role as the ‘Voice’ in bridging opportunities between private enterprise and public entities.

Heritage Day Festival
Southborough’s Heritage Day Festival is a classic New England community fair that is held every year in the fall. The fair kicks off with a parade and hosts a variety of local vendors.
